Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to e-mail us at info@saanchicreations.ca to make a return or exchange.

We will evaluate your concern. When approved, we will notify you. However, the refund will be disapproved if:

  • Used product. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we refuse to accept returns of used tools and oils for hygiene and safety measures.

  • Strict 15-day return policy. Our 15-day return policy should be strictly followed. The counting of the days shall start from the day your package was delivered. A request for returns beyond 15 days shall not be approved.

  • Your concern is delayed-shipment. If we have shipped your order on time, the courier is responsible for the shipment delay and thus not allowed for order cancellation and refund.

  • Shipment delay due to holidays. Please allow extra 2-5 business days.

All returns/exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for an exchange or refund to be processed. Once finalized, an e-mail will be sent notifying you of the status of your refund.

  • We do not refund initial shipping & handling charges for items returned.

  • For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs. If the package does not reach us, we will be unable to complete the refund/exchange

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@saanchicreations.ca and we will provide directions to send back your products.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note, return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
